The assets is as advertised - nothing extravagant into the house but superb location to the beach. No, the house just isn't full in the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of area for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't lots of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or destroy.
